Payment
Payment can be made by: Payment in advance, Twint, PayPal and CreditCard. Our Prices are in CHF. The payment have to be in advanced within 5 days otherwise the order will be canceled.
Shipping
We offer FREE shipping within Switzerland. Shipping can take to 10 days, after we recieved the payment. We ship swisswide with B-Post If the order was sent uninsured, the risk of losing the order lies with the buyer.

Returns are not possible at the moment. All item as FINAL SALE and limited.
Defects/Exchanges
As a buyer, you are obliged to check the order upon receipt and to report any defects to us in writing within 5 days. Complaints must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims of our choice (return, reduction, replacement delivery). The postage for a possible return, for the purpose of exchanging or remedying the defects is borne by the buyer. Exchange / return is only possible in the event of defects, incorrect product description, incorrect delivery or defective goods.
Statement on colours and Condition
Actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor. Different computer screens, operating systems, and even web browsers have different colour characteristics, so it is not possible to get a given colour to look the same on every screen. Colours in any promotional material shared by The Vintage Hunter may also be altered due to editing required to achieve higher photo/video quality. Reminding that all clothes are pre-loved, we try to give you an idea about the condition but it can happen that we do not see a little whole or stain. These are not defects, this is vintage. We cannot guarantee that all products are originals although it is absolutely in our interest to only sell authentic products. With vintage clothing it is sometimes very difficult to recognize but we always try our best!
